Breathe Signature Facials

Microdermabrasion + oxygen = 60 Minutes / $100 – The appearance of scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation problems, uneven skin tones, and dull, lifeless, sun-damaged are diminished skin with a technique that uses tiny rough grains to buff away the surface layer of skin

Breathe Signature Massage: – 60 Minutes $90 / 90 Minutes  $120 – Our signature massage incorporates various health-promoting massage techniques and focuses on the importance of breathing to obtain maximum relaxation and well-being.  Aromatherapy, music and our 100% organic line of ZENTS® products sooth and calm your mind and body

Warm Stone Massage – 60 Minutes $100 / 90 Minutes  $130 - Warm, polished stones are rubbed and rested on the body to relax and loosen muscle tissue. Combined with techniques of therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, music and our 100% organic line of ZENTS® products this massage soothes and calms your mind and body and promotes optimal results including increased circulation, flexibility, and stress relief.

Swedish Massage – 60 Minutes $100 / 90 Minutes  $130 – This massage uses lighter pressure and shorter strokes to gently relax over-used and over-worked muscles.  Aromatherapy, music and our 100% organic line of ZENTS® products sooth and calm your mind and body for complete whole-body wellness, increased circulation, flexibility, and stress relief

Deep Tissue Massage – 60 Minutes $100 / 90 Minutes  $130 – This massage uses firmer pressure and longer strokes to relax over-used and over-worked muscles.  Aromatherapy, music and our 100% organic line of ZENTS® products sooth and calm your mind and body for complete whole-body wellness, increased circulation, flexibility, and stress relief

Pre & post-natal Massage – 60 Minutes $100 / 90 Minutes  $130 – For the mom-to-be or new momma!  The demands of pregnancy on a woman’s body cause extra need for a pampering touch.  This massage is customized for each client to sooth muscular aches and pains with an emphasis on comfort and relaxation, increased circulation, flexibility, and stress relief. Massage may be performed with help of pillows / propping or on pregnancy-specific massage table.

Fertility Massage - $150 initial  / $100 follow-ups – Breathe’s most unique treatment combining various massage techniques – from Cranial-Sacral massage to deep friction – to assist in preparing a client mentally, physically and emotionally for conception, pregnancy and motherhood. An emphasis is placed on lifestyle changes, diet awareness and stress-reduction.

Policies

Cancelation Policy: We ask that you respect our cancellation policy by calling the studio or updating your online schedule 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you are unable to make it.  Unfortunately, your credit card will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class or appointment. Please note that the cancellation policy is in place to minimize disruption to our clients and as a courtesy to our instructors who are compensated on a per client basis.

Membership Holders: Please be aware that cancelations made within 24 hours of any scheduled class will incur a $10 fee charged to your account or credit card on file.

Children’s Room Policy: A 2 hour’s notice and reservation is required for our children’s room.  Reservation is subject to our 24-hour cancelation policy.  Parents must remain on-site while their child is being supervised in our children’s room.  And, for the benefit of our entire studio, please refrain from bringing sick children into the studio.

Fragrances: For the benefit of the entire studio, please refrain from wearing perfumes or scented lotions or oils while in the studio.
