Pilates is a form of exercise that can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.
This is a fifty-five minute one-on-one intensive session with one of our highly trained instructors at a time of your choosing. Private sessions are available for Pilates mat, Pilates equipment, barre or yoga. Pilates private equipment sessions use various equipment including the Pilates reformer & allegro, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Ped-o-Pull (among many others) to restore the body to its natural alignment while toning and adding strength and length to the muscles.*
This is a shared (two or more clients) fifty-five minute intensive session with one of our highly trained instructors at a time of your choosing. This in-depth session uses various Pilates equipment including the Pilates reformer & allegro, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and Wunda Chair (among many others) to restore the body to its natural alignment while toning and adding strength and length to the muscles. We recommend taking 3 privates before attempting a semi-private.
If you need assistance finding a partner to accompany you to a semi-private session, please let us know. We will do our best to help find a fellow Breathe client who shares your same schedule. Please keep in mind that once you’ve been paired with another client with our assistance – and you’ve both confirmed a session time that’s been added to our schedule – the appointment session is non-cancelable.*
Our Group Equipment classes are a full fifty-five minute body workout that uses traditional Pilates equipment emphasizing form and proper body alignment. Using springs as resistance, Pilates equipment classes increase core muscle strength, endurance and increased flexibility and range of motion in the joints. Maximum of 7 clients per class – this small class size allows each person to get plenty of individual attention.
*Before taking a Group Equipment Class you must complete at least one Private Reformer Session or our FREE “Pilates Basics” INTRO Session.
Our Pilates Mat class is a full fifty-five minute body workout taught by one of our highly trained instructors. Classes are performed on mats and focuses on the Balanced Body™ method of teaching which focuses on: Core strength, lumbopelvic and scapular stability, as well as assessing and correcting alignment and improving flexibility. Maximum of 15 individuals per class allows each student to get plenty of individual attention.
*Please note that the term “private session” refers to the client – instructor ratio. In some instances, studio may be occupied by other clients with sessions at the same time.
