Yoga Instructor

From NYC to CHS, Katie is a fun-loving yogi with a little spunk and a big heart. As an instructor (200-Hour RYT, YogaWorks) she is eager to share her personal experience with students who are learning to embrace their bodies. She strives to make practice safe and enjoyable for all practitioners. Through proper alignment and connection to the breath, Katie aims to help her students be more in the moment and less in their heads.
